Given the custom nature of our Plinko boards, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once an order has been placed and confirmed. Each Plinko board is uniquely designed and built to your specific requirements.

2. Mockup and Approval Process

• Design Creation: After your purchase, we’ll create digital mockups of your Plinko board. These mockups will be based on the colors, graphics, branding, and other design elements you’ve provided.
• Customer Collaboration: We’ll work closely with you on these mockups. Our goal is to ensure the design perfectly matches your vision.
• Final Approval: Production will only begin once you have given your explicit written approval (sign-off) on the final mockup. This approval confirms that you are completely satisfied with the design.

3. Shipping Costs

The shipping costs quoted on our website are estimates. Due to the varying sizes, weights, and custom design elements of each Plinko board, final shipping costs may be adjusted by plus or minus 10% from the initial website quote. Any adjustments will be communicated to you before final shipment.

4. Production and Delivery Timelines

We are committed to working with you to establish a production and delivery timeline that best meets your specific needs for upcoming events, trade shows, galas, or fundraisers. While we strive to meet all estimated production and delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to material availability, unforeseen production issues, or shipping carrier delays. We’ll keep you informed of any significant changes to your order’s timeline.

Our Plinko boards are designed for entertainment purposes. We are not responsible for any misuse of the product. Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe operation and supervision of the Plinko board, especially when used in public settings or by children.
