Here is a sleigh design for use with Glowforge and other lasers. The file includes Illustrator and SVG files as well as an assembly diagram and pics of the finished product. I used 1/4 wood for the sleigh and 1/8th for the curved parts (living hinge).

This design can use 1/4 or 1/8 thickness of wood, I have provided a base for each in the zip. They have a little give because as you might know 1/4 and 1/8 are not consistent between manufacturers.
